They retain their heat wonderfully and comfortably for up to 90 minutes. They exude the feel-good aroma of European health herbs: rosemary and lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint, as well as organic millet.

They can both heat and cool and are therefore a great companion all year round.

Once warmed up, they have a beneficial effect on abdominal pain, cold and flu symptoms and tension.
Cold they are good for bruises, swelling, bruises and sprains, insect bites, inflammation, toothache and headache
