Hana heavy blankets have a return period of 100 days.
You can register your return for all other items up to 30 days after receipt. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs upon receipt.
If the received item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. You then have 30 days to return it. You do this by logging in with the email address you used to order. You don't need an account for this.

When can you request your return:
- If the cooling-off period of 30 days* after receipt has not expired;
- If the article is complete;
- If the item is undamaged;
- If the item is not soiled;
- If the item is in the original packaging;
- You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
- If one of the above conditions is not met, a depreciation may be applied upon return.
When you CANNOT return the item:
- If the cooling-off period of 30 days* after receipt has expired;
- If the article is no longer complete;
- If the item is damaged;
- If the item has been used, worn and/or washed;
- If the item is not provided with original packaging;
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and be sure that it is properly packaged when returned.
