Shipping & returns

All our products are always and everywhere shipped for free in Belgium, Netherlands.

Hana heavy blankets have a return period of 100 days. (unless exceptions below)

All other items you can register your return up to 30 days after receipt (at your own expense & risk in terms of shipping, you will be credited the full order amount upon receipt.

Should the received item not meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. You then have 30 days to return it. You can do this by logging in with the e-mail address you used to place the order. You do not need an account.

When can you request your return:

If the reflection period of 30 days* after receipt has not expired;
If the article is complete;
If the item is undamaged;
If the item is not soiled;
If the item is in its original packaging;
- You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, depreciation may be applied upon return.

When can you NOT return the item:

If the reflection period of 30 days* after receipt has expired;
If this is an discontinued item (this is always listed with the item)
If there is a specific entry in the description of the item
If the article is no longer complete;
If the item is damaged;
If the item has been used, worn and/or washed;
If the item does not have original packaging;
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and be sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
If it is expressly stated with the product that it is an "discontinued" product or cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

*Hana heavy duty blankets have 100 days return time unless stated with the item.

How to make the return request?

1. Log in to your HanaComfort account and go to 'my orders' (If you had not created an account you can simply create an account with the email address you ordered with). Click on 'view' and indicate at the relevant item that you want to report the return. Follow the instructions.

2. The return will be approved after a maximum of 3 days. Pack the item together with the packing slip that originally came with it

3. Deliver the package to your chosen post office/postal point. Keep your proof of delivery! Return costs are always the responsibility of the consumer.

4. Once the item reaches us, you will receive an email from us. At that time we will also refund you the amount due. This can take up to 10 days depending on how quickly the mail delivers it to us.

Legal provisions:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 30 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount. Only the return costs from your home to our shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7 euros per package (BE). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to our webshop with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order. Please note that these 14 days start from the moment you indicate that you wish to return an order. However, we must have the return in our possession prior to the refund.

For items that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item or charge for the damage.
